Terms of listing

By placing a bid, ticking the confirmation box, and completing payment, you enter a paid placement agreement with Outflex. These terms apply to that listing. If you do not agree, do not bid.

You are buying a ranked place on a public fitness board for 48 hours from payment, or the remaining time on a listing you raise. Rank is determined by the live bid amount. Outflex does not promise clicks, followers, or sales. Placement is advertising, not an endorsement.

Listings must be genuine Instagram accounts whose primary purpose is fitness coaching, training, programming, or closely related athletic services. Sexual content, pornography, escorting, spam, scams, fake handles, and unrelated businesses are not permitted. We may remove such listings immediately. There is no refund. That handle may be barred from bidding again.

You must list on the board that most closely matches the service you sell. One Instagram handle may hold at most two live listings at a time, on two different boards. Each listing is a separate bid and a separate 48-hour window. Training styles overlap. A hypertrophy coach on hybrid, or a CrossFit page that also lifts, is not a breach on its own. We do not ban for honest overlap.

Using a quieter board as cheaper advertising for a different offer (for example a general coaching page on Nutrition because that tab is cheaper) is not permitted. If we reasonably conclude a listing is on the wrong board:(a) we will email the address given at checkout;
(b) we may move the listing to a closer board;
(c) the paid amount and remaining time transfer in full. You are not charged again and the clock is not reset;
(d) you may reply to request a different board if you have a genuine reason.If you refuse a reasonable move, or the page is not a fitness page, we may remove the listing without refund.

To take an occupied rank you must bid at least one US dollar more than that listing. If you already hold a live paid listing, you may pay only the difference to raise your bid and keep the remaining time, or pay the new bid in full for a fresh 48 hours. Once time expires, any unused amount is not a credit.

Payments are for the listing window, not for a result. We do not refund because you were outbid, because the 48 hours ended, because Instagram blocked a click, or because we removed a listing that broke these terms. A move under section 5 is not a refund. It is continued placement on another board.

You grant Outflex a licence to show your handle, name, pitch, and public profile image on the board and in related notices for the life of the listing and a reasonable archive period. You confirm you have the right to use that material.

Notices, including moves and removals, are sent to the email address you give at checkout. It is your responsibility to use an address you read.
